Mr. Chambers has been involved in the energy industry for over fifteen years. During this period he has originated, led or been involved in several billion dollars worth of midstream greenfield and acquisition transactions throughout North America. Prior to the formation of EVX he was employed with several large midstream MLPs Energy Transfer Partners (NYSE: ETP), Crestwood Midstream Partners (NYSE: CMLP), Summit Midstream Partners (NYSE: SMLP) and (Enterprise Products Partners, LP NYSE: EPD) as well as other private midstream companies in executive leadership positions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and business development, and commercial operations. Additionally he was the co-founder of G4 Midstream Partners that acquired and sold its southeast NM gathering and processing assets to Crestwood Midstream Partners.
Mr. Chambers graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Science-MSTC, McCombs School of Business and from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts- Public Relations and Business.
Mr. Kellar has been involved in the energy industry for over a decade. Prior to the formation of EVX he was employed by Noble Energy (NYSE: NBL) in the Corporate Finance / Treasury group where his responsibilities included raising over $3.5 billion in the public debt and equity markets, maintaining the company’s relationship with Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s rating agencies, and managing the firm’s relationships with credit facility banks and commodity hedge counterparties. While at Noble Energy, he played a lead role in the formation and IPO of CONE Midstream Partners LLC (NYSE: CNNX). Prior to Noble Energy, Mr. Kellar developed and led the Financial Planning and Analysis team at Spark Energy/Marlin Midstream and played a key role in the IPO of Marlin Midstream (NYSE: FISH). Additional prior roles include corporate acquisitions at Direct Energy and energy business valuation at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services. Mr. Kellar graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance/Business Honors, from Texas Christian University with a Master of Business Administration, and from the University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Science in Finance.
Mr. Flynn has been involved in the energy industry for over 20 years. His executive management experience includes SVP, VP, and Director roles with oversight and responsibility for engineering, construction, operations, asset optimization, EH&S and business operations of several energy and midstream companies. Prior to the formation of EVX, Mr. Flynn was employed with Continuum Midstream, DCP Midstream and CenterPoint Energy (NYSE: CNP). Recent responsibilities have included design and construction of rail terminals, crude oil storage and injection terminals, water gathering systems and facilities, and rich gas gathering and processing systems with compression and treating facilities. This experience required direct oversight in various regions of the United States including: West Texas, South Texas, Mid Continent, Mid Atlantic and Mid Appalachia regions. Mr. Flynn graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Master of Business Administration- Finance, University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science- Mechanical Engineering and University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts-Mathematics. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas.
