Charles J Flynn III is Chief Operating Officer of EVX.  Mr. Flynn has over 25+ years of experience in the energy industry with a focus in engineering, construction, operations, HSE and commercial development. Prior to EVX, Charles served in various operations, commercial and technical roles with DCP Midstream, CenterPoint Energy and led operations within midstream and regulated pipeline business units. Mr. Flynn has an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and BA in Mathematics from the University of St. Thomas.

Ben Ahiabor is the Vice President of Engineering and Operations for EVX. Mr. Ahiabor has been in the midstream oil and gas industry for over a decade. During this time in several engineering and operations roles, Mr. Ahiabor has developed, designed, executed, commissioned, and operated over one hundred successful projects and managed roughly one billion dollars’ worth of midstream infrastructure projects across the United States. Mr. Ahiabor has been instrumental in development, leadership, and driving the technical vision for the Engineering and Operational teams. With a keen focus on innovative projects that span across the midstream sector. Mr. Ahiabor graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Minor in Petroleum Engineering. 

Brian Kellar is Chief Financial Officer of EVX. He has over 15 years of energy finance experience, focusing on the valuation and financing of assets, projects, and companies in the midstream and upstream sectors.  Prior to joining EVX, Mr. Kellar served in financial leadership roles at Noble Energy, Marlin Midstream, Spark Energy and Deloitte Financial Advisory Services.  Mr. Kellar received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Texas Christian University, and an MS in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Brian Stewart is Senior Vice President of Business Development of EVX.  Prior to EVX, he served in various midstream business development roles for Anadarko Petroleum and Enterprise Products Partners. Mr. Stewart earned a BS from Texas A&M University.

Nick Miller is Vice President of Business Development of EVX. Prior to joining EVX, he held a variety of positions at Boardwalk Pipeline partners where he managed Business Development and Commercial Operations on both the Midstream and Downstream sides of the business. Prior to joining Boardwalk Pipeline, he was at Crestwood Midstream where he helped develop and manage the Commercial Operations business unit. Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
